Terms of service
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you, the business using Chat'N'Sell ("you"), and GreatDev OÜ ("we"). By creating an account or installing the app you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. The service
Chat'N'Sell lets you sell through Telegram: a Mini App storefront and bot connected to your online store, messaging tools, reviews, referrals, a website widget and related features ("the service"). Features differ by plan as shown on our pricing page.
Shoppers pay on your own store's checkout. We do not process, hold or settle payments between you and your shoppers, and we are not a party to your sales.
2. Your account
- Give accurate account and billing details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including your team members.
- You must own or be authorised to connect each store and Telegram bot you connect.
- You must be a business, and at least 18.
3. Plans and billing
- Each connected store has its own plan. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Every paid store after the first on the same account gets the volume discount shown on the pricing page.
- The Launch Offer is a 12-month plan billed once in advance. It can be activated until 31 December 2026 and once per store. When it ends, the store moves to the plan you chose; if you chose none, its Telegram services stop until you choose one. We remind you before it ends. It is not refundable for unused months except where the law requires it.
- Prices are set in US dollars. Our payment provider may charge you in your local currency at its exchange rate on the day of payment.
- No plan charges a fee per order. Paid plans have no limit on bot orders.
- Stores installed through the Shopify App Store are billed by Shopify under Shopify's terms; all other stores are billed by us.
- Prices exclude taxes. VAT and similar taxes are added on top where they apply to you.
- The Free plan includes a limited number of bot orders each month. When it is reached, the storefront stops taking new orders until the next month or until you upgrade.
- You can change or cancel a plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund part-periods except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, delivery, returns, customer service and for complying with the consumer, tax and other laws that apply to your sales.
- You are responsible for the messages you send through your bot. Send them only to shoppers who started your bot, honour opt-outs, and follow Telegram's terms for bots and Mini Apps.
- Publish accurate terms, privacy and refund policies for your shoppers. Our panel offers templates; they are a starting point, not legal advice.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful or deceptive, to sell prohibited goods, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other users.
5. Data
You own your store data and your shoppers' data. When we process shoppers' personal data for you, we act as your processor under our privacy policy and, on request, a data processing agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that processing and for informing your shoppers.
6. AI features
The AI shopping assistant generates replies automatically from your catalogue, your policies and your instructions. Replies can be wrong. You decide whether to switch it on, and you remain responsible for what your store offers. Monthly reply allowances depend on your plan.
7. The shop network
On plans where it is included, your shop may be listed in other shops' "Discover shops" pages and other shops may be listed in yours. Plans that allow it can turn this off.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. The service depends on Telegram and on your commerce platform, which we do not control. We may change or retire features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
9. Intellectual property
We own the service and its software. You keep all rights to your content and give us the permissions needed to run the service for you, including showing your shop in the shop network where it applies.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if you do not pay, or if required by law, with notice where reasonable. After your account ends we delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the panel. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
